Ltd. was established in 1991 as an engineering, construction, and contracting firm specifically to the Indian Railways. One of their initial triumphs involved the conversion of the Gorakhpur Captainganj Railway track from meter gauge to broad gauge. Over time, N.K. Associates has flourished into NEELENDRAS Constructions, expanding their reach and capabilities.
Our portfolio encompasses a diverse range of projects, including the construction and development of luxury hotels, shopping complexes, townships, apartments, and hospitals. We have also successfully undertaken government projects such as the construction of roads, bridges, and railway electrification.
